GetDpiX() method not found after Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 (KB3136000)

The Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 (KB3136000) cause next error at printing:

The exception message: 
Methode not found: UInt32 System.Printing.PrintQueue.GetDpiX (System.Printing.ILegacyDevice)

This exception occurs when the System.Printing.PrintQueue.GetDpiX method is called. But there is no such method in the installed System.Printing.dll v4.6.81.0 assembly.

To fix the issue install the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 framework that contains the System.Printing.dll assembly of version 4.6.1055.0 with the GetDpiX() method.
