Additional data adapters

In prerelease builds after official release 2015.1 we have made refactoring and improvements in the databases. Now it is not required to compile the additional data adapters for additional connections, which was not included in the designer (MySql, Oracle, PostgreSql etc). It is enough copy the necessary .dll files to the bin directory. This changes are available in the prerelease builds  and in the official major release 2015.2 will be available in the September.
